I’m William Kaminski, a Listing Leaders MVP, retired U.S. Navy veteran, and real estate professional serving Northwest Indiana. I hold a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and bring years of experience in leadership roles where clear communication, accountability, and sound decision-making are essential.

In real estate, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across communities like Crown Point, St. John, Schererville, Merrillville, Valparaiso, Munster, and Highland. Most of my clients are navigating major decisions—buying their first home, moving within the area, or selling a property they’ve owned for years—and my job is to help them do it with confidence and clarity.

My background in the Navy and in public service shaped how I approach this work. I stay organized, direct, and focused on protecting my clients’ interests from start to finish. I don’t overcomplicate things. I focus on what matters: understanding the market, pricing correctly, negotiating well, and keeping the process moving.
