Meet Paula Boukal

Hi, I’m Paula Boukal, a real estate agent with MVP Brokerage serving Northwest Indiana.

I got into real estate because I enjoy helping people, especially families looking for a place to call home. Buying or selling a house is a big decision, and I believe you deserve an agent who listens, works hard, pays attention to the details, and is there when you need them.

I’m a mom of six adult children and a grandmother of four, so family is a big part of who I am. I know the things that make a house feel like home aren’t always found on a listing sheet.

Our family was always busy. Ice hockey became part of our lives in 1996 when my oldest started playing, and it remains part of our lives today. My daughters played volleyball from a young age through high school. Between practices, games, early mornings, road trips, and busy schedules, we were often on the go.

And at the end of it all, we came home.

That’s why I look at homes a little differently. I think about how a family will really live there, where everyone will gather, whether there’s room for the things they enjoy, and how the home might continue to work as life changes.

I love spending time with my grandchildren and making memories with them. When I’m not working or with family, I enjoy sewing and quilting—activities that let me work with my hands, focus on details, and create something lasting.

That same attention to detail carries over into my real estate work. I especially love helping families find their forever home—the place where birthdays are celebrated, kids and grandkids gather, holidays are shared, and years from now someone says, “Remember when we used to…?”
