Take the hassle out of your real estate transactions.
____

Think of me as your transaction BFF, handling the nitty-gritty so you can focus on what you love – making deals and wowing your clients.

Let's team up and make magic happen!

You either have a transaction coordinator or you are a transaction coordinator.

Having a transaction coordinator means you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals. A TC handles all the intricate details and paperwork, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This not only saves you time —on average an agent spends 10-15 hours on paperwork for each transaction— and reduces stress but also enhances the professionalism and efficiency of your transactions, leading to smoother closings and happier (repeat) clients.

Susan Mender

“Betty Samples was designed by her maker to be the world's greatest Transaction Coordinator and I couldn't be more thrilled to work with her. I like to describe her as type A plus. Her attention to detail is like none other, and I worked as an actuary where I was surrounded by mathematicians that focused on details, so I speak with authority about details. She is kind, hardworking, efficient and a tremendous asset to my real estate business.   ”

Sarah Verpooten

“I trust no one more than Betty and would honestly have a hard time handing  my transactions to anyone but her. She's great at interacting with clients and super communicative with me as we walk through together to closing. Hiring Betty as a TC has opened up so much more time in my schedule to pursue more clients and build my business. Could not recommend her more.”
